I just sold a $3,000,000 plus house in Pacific Palisades with Jacquline. She was the third agent that we used on the property and the only one who was successful. She didn't force price reductions as others did. She was able to create actual consumer demand. She gets the process and is realistic about how high end homes are sold in Pacific Palisades. If I hired her to start I would have made much more money on our deal but I am thrilled that I found her. We are using her on the buy side of our next home already.

"My husband and I were only a few weeks in to our new home search when we met Jacqueline by chance one Sunday afternoon at an open house. When we expressed how much we liked the home she was showing (a new build), we learned it was already under contract accepting only backup offers. Even though we  weren't her client at the time, she struck up an authentically friendly conversation with us, asking what we were seeking, things we liked, neighborhoods we would be interested in, etc. We were expecting our first baby and not very familiar with Palisades' neighborhoods (living in Venice at the time). She expressed excitement about our expected arrival, shared with us her experience raising children in the Palisades, told us all about the builder and other properties he was working on (since we liked the home of his we'd toured), wrote down addresses of other properties she knew of on the market (or coming on the market) and got our contact info saying she'd reach out if she heard of anything new that might match our needs. We both walked away thinking "nice agent" but that nothing would ever come of it ... we were wrong.

About 36 hours later I woke up to a text from Jacqueline she'd sent late the prior night. She'd realized a house completed by the builder we liked in late 2015 was coming back on the market that next morning and asked if I wanted to see it (the Tuesday following the Sunday we met her). We arranged to see the home that same day, its first day it was on the market. I walked through first and had my husband come back with me later that evening. The home ended up being exactly what we were looking for, and on a street we liked even more than the one on which we first met her. Knowing both what the seller's were seeking and having an established relationship with the builder she helped us craft an offer two days later.

By week's end it was accepted and about 45 days later we closed. I don't think we would have discovered the property (and got the first offer in within such a competitive buying area) had it not been for Jacqueline's proactive looking on our behalf. Jacqueline was responsive throughout the escrow process both following up with the seller's agent on repairs and helping us form a direct relationship with the original builder. After close, I reached out to her for several vendor recommendations in the area, among which was a gardener. The referral she provided was absolutely fantastic - we love him! And we LOVE our new home. If you are looking for a proactive expert specific to the Palisades area Jacqueline is a go-getter with local knowledge that won't disappoint!"
