"My husband and I were only a few weeks in to our new home search when we met Jacqueline by chance one Sunday afternoon at an open house. When we expressed how much we liked the home she was showing (a new build), we learned it was already under contract accepting only backup offers. By week's end it was accepted and about 45 days later we closed.
